Return & Refund Policy
At Aizul Jewellery, we take pride in our craftsmanship and bespoke designs. We offer a 10-day return policy, allowing you 10 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
PLEASE NOTE:
Refunds are only available for items that are incorrect or damaged.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- All earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, in compliance with UK law.
- As all other pieces are custom-crafted individually, we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing. Please consult our sizing guide or contact us before placing an order to ensure the perfect fit.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@aizuljewellery.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@aizuljewellery.store. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
All our products are custom-made for each client. As such:
- Earrings cannot be returned due to UK hygiene regulations.
- Returns due to incorrect sizing are not accepted. Please follow our sizing guide carefully.
- We do not offer refunds for shipping delays, though we are happy to discuss alternative solutions such as partial refunds or store credit, depending on the situation.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible if you received an incorrect item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@aizuljewellery.com.
